摘要
为了克服传统带式输送机在使用中出现的问题,基于磁悬浮理论,提出了磁悬浮带式输送机这种新型运输设备。介绍了其工作原理,设计了基本结构及其自动控制系统。结果表明,利用电磁力工作的磁悬浮带式输送机,具有无摩擦、噪声小、能耗低、效率高和维修量小等特点。
In order to overcome the problems occurring during the operation of tradition belt conveyors,the paper proposed a new kind of transportation equipment maglev type belt conveyor based on the maglev theory.It introduced its working principle and designed its basic structure and the automatic control system.The results showed that the maglev belt conveyor working on electromagnetic energy was characterized by non-friction,low noise,low energy consumption,high eff iciency and minor maintenance.
