立磨腔内结构对腔内流体场影响的分析 被引量:3

摘要 从立磨腔内结构入手,分析立磨腔内关键部件对腔内气固两相流体的影响。指出挡料环和风环结构对立磨腔内流体场有重要影响,选粉机分级室壳体、导风叶片、转子叶片、导风叶片与转子叶片间距等结构决定立磨的选粉效率;总结了立磨腔内各个关键结构部件的改进对立磨腔内流体场、选粉效率的影响规律,为立磨腔内结构优化设计提供了思路。 Starting with the internal structure of cavity of the vertical mill,the influences of key components in the cavity on gas-solid two-phase flow in the cavity were analyzed.It was pointed that:the structure of the material retaining ring and the wind ring had important influences on the flow field in the cavity of the vertical mill;the shell of the classification room,stator blade,rotor blade and the distance between the stator blade and the rotor blade in the classifier determined the classification efficiency of the vertical mill.In addition,the influence laws of improvement of every key component in the cavity on the flow field in the cavity and the classification efficiency were concluded,which offered ideas for the optimization design of the internal structure of the cavity in the vertical mill.
