摘要
针对直线振动筛的工作特点,以振动力学为理论基础,建立了由偏心质量引起的强迫振动模型。估算出更符合实际工况的激振力载荷数据,利用MatLab进行仿真计算,得到振动筛启动过程的运动规律。并借助ANSYS进行时间历程分析,得到了振动筛的应力分布情况和变形规律,为振动筛的结构设计与优化提供了理论依据。
According to the working characteristics of the linear vibrating screen,a model of forced vibration caused by the eccentric mass was built based on vibration mechanics.The exciting force loading data which more corresponded to the actual conditions was estimated,and the motion laws of the start-up process of the vibrating screen were obtained through simulating with MATLAB.And the stress distribution and the deformation laws of the vibrating screen were obtained by the time-dependent analysis with ANSYS,which offered references for structural design and optimization of the vibrating screen.
