摘要
对研制出的萤石矿低温浮选药剂进行了选矿试验研究。通过条件试验确定了新型药剂的浮选最佳pH值为6.25,捕收剂用量为1200g/L;新型药剂的耐低温性能较强,在16.5~43℃之间变化不大,保持了较好的捕收性能。在矿石较为难选和温度较低的条件下,新型药剂在流程试验中的回收率达到了65.90%,较油酸的回收率高近30%。条件试验和流程试验结果显示,所研制的药剂是一种新型高效的萤石矿低温浮选药剂。
The separation experimental study on the new low-temperature flotation reagent was conducted.Through testing,the flotation conditions for the new reagent were determined:best pH value was 6.25;collector dosage was 1200 g/L.The new reagent had excellent low temperature resistant performance and a little variation between 16.5~43 ae,which benefited keeping good collecting performance.In view of refractory ores and low temperature conditions,the recovery of the new reagent reached 65.90% in the process experiment,which higher than the recovery with oleic acid by nearly 30%.The results of conditional and the process experiment showed that the reagent was a new and efficient low-temperature flotation reagent for fluorite.
