从轨道结构看当前我国发展25t轴重货车的可行性 被引量:3

摘要 当前,就我国现有轨道结构对25t轴重货车的适应性问题,有两种不同的看法:其一,现行轨道结构不能适应要求,25t轴重货车本世纪不宜作为我国的通用货车。其二,60kg/m钢轨不是开行25t轴重货车的主要障碍,我国当前发展25t和23t轴重货车是可行的。本文指出,意见的分歧主要来自下述四个方面:一、对轨道结构运输能力的评估方法;二、对国外铁路提高货车轴重的认识;三、对国内试验资料的分析和运用;四、对货车轴重对轨道结构影响的看法。文章就上述四方面进行了讨论,得出:一、“破坏”,“失效”和“恶化”是评估轨道运能的三个主要方面。二、中国铁路要求轴重、运量、列车重量、行车密度、行车速度并举,安全、扩能、效益并重,中国铁路工务部门比其它国宗的铁路同行面临着更为繁重、更为艰巨的任务。三、目前我国铁路工务部门的研究、试验工作非常薄弱,积累的数据有限,对发展25t轴重货车作出肯定或否定的结论都为时过早。 There are two different views on the issue of the adaptibility of the existing track structure in China to 25t axle load wagons. One is that the existing track structure is unable to meet the needs and the 25t axle load wagon is unsuitable to be the kind of commonly used wagons in china until the end of the 20th century. The other is that the development of 25t and 23t axle load wagons is feasible at present in China, as the use of 60kg/m rail should not be considered as the main obstacle for the running of 25t axle load wagons. It is pointed out in this paper that the divergence of views comes mainly from the following four aspects: 1. the evaluating method on the transportaion capacity of track structure; 2. the understanding in regard of enhancing wagon axle load on the railways abroad; 3. the analysis and application of test data in China; 4. the views on the effect of wagon axle load on track structure.The above-mentioned 4 aspects are explored in this paper and three conclutions are drawn: First, 'failure', 'damage', and 'deterioration' are the main criteria for the evaluation of the transpor tation capacity of track structure. Second, so far as the Chinese Railways is concerned, axle load, traffic volume, weight, density and speed are required to be considered simultaneously, and the stresses on safety, traffic volume and cost effectiveness must be treated on an equal basis. The permanent way department of the chinese railways is facing a more arduous and hard task in comparison with the other railways. Third, since the research and test work is a weak link in the permanent way department of the Chinese Railways nowadays, the accumulated data is limited in number. Therefore it is still too early for a conclusion, either positive or negative, to be reached on the development of 25t axle load wagen.
