摘要
通过对现场轮轨磨耗情况与近年来“丰沙大”线通过总重、列车平均牵引重量和货车平均轴重等运输情况的调查分析,以及用“磨屑收集法”对轮轨磨耗进行的测量,就重载组合列车的开行对轮轨磨耗的影响进行了研究。研究结果指出,虽然重载组合列车的开行对轮轨磨耗有一定影响,但不能构成轮轨磨耗加剧的主要因素。主要因素仍然是线路通过总重和货车平均轴重的逐年增加。采用全长淬火钢轨可以大大减轻钢轨磨耗延长钢轨寿命,但从总的经济效益出发,应与车轮硬度的匹配一并考虑。
The effects of Heavy Haul Combination Train operations on wheel/rail wear have been studied through investigations and analyses of the actual wheel/rail wear on site as well as the actual operations of the Feng-Sha-Da Railway Line, in the aspects of annual gross tonnage, average train gross load and average axle load of freight cars etc. The 'wear debris collecting method' was used for the measurement of wheel/rail wear. The research results show that the operation of heavy haul combination trains has some influence on wheel/rail wear, but it not the main cause causing faster wear rate. The main cause is still the increase of the passing gross load on track and the average axle load of freight cars. By the use of full-length hardened rail, the rail wear can be reduced and the rail life can be extended. But from the overall economic viewpoint, matching of the hardnesses of rail and wheel must be taken into consideration.
