摘要
选取了"水资源禀赋条件"、"水资源开发利用程度"、"经济社会协调"、"生态环境协调"的21个指标构建了宁夏水资源可持续利用评价指标体系,将熵值法与物元模型相结合,对宁夏建设节水型社会以来的2005-2009年的水资源可持续利用状况进行评价,并根据规划资料对2015年的水资源可持续利用状况进行预测,并与模糊AHP法评价结果进行比较,其结论能为宁夏的水资源利用提供指导和依据。
Twenty-one indexes,including water resource talent condition,water resources utilization,economic-society coordination and ecological environment coordination,are selected to establish the evaluation system for water resource sustainable utilization.The entropy value theory is applied to evaluate the situation of water resource sustainable utilization from 2005 to 2009 and forecast it in 2015 by combining the fuzzy matter-element theory.The calculation result is compared with the method of fuzzy AHP.The result can provide reference for sustainable development of water resource and economic,society and ecological environment coordination in Ningxia.
