一期内固定加植骨治疗股骨GustiloⅢC型开放性骨折一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者资料 男性患者，33岁，因被水泥搅拌机绞伤双下肢疼痛、流血、肿胀、活动受限2h急诊入院，入院时查体：脉搏100次／min，血压15．96／9．31kPa，血氧饱和度为96％。神志清，急性痛苦面容，左大腿中下段见一长约40cm、宽约20cm的创面，从左大腿内侧经前面延续外后方，仅后方皮肤及部分肌肉完整，创面被污染。髂胫束、股外侧肌、股直肌、股中间肌、股内侧肌完全断裂，缝匠肌、股薄肌及股动、静脉断裂，股骨远端粉碎性骨折并外露，粉碎骨折块游离，创面周围皮缘挫伤严重，伴局部脱套，
