曼尼希碱季铵盐缓蚀剂的合成及缓蚀性能研究 被引量:8

SYNTHESIS AND CORROSION INHIBITING PERFORMANCE OF QUATERNARY AMMONIUM SALT OF MANNICH BASE

摘要 以甲醛、酮、有机胺和氯化苄为原料,在40~80℃反应合成了季铵化曼尼希碱缓蚀剂,用失重法评价了产物在质量分数为15%盐酸中对N-80钢片的缓蚀性能,用红外光谱仪表征了其结构。采用静态腐蚀速度评价方法对合成的缓蚀剂DS-17进行了评价,在15%盐酸中,当缓蚀剂加量为0.5%时的腐蚀速率为0.71g/(m2.h),具有优异的缓蚀性能。合成产物与碘化钾、硫脲和六次甲基四胺复配后,对缓蚀性能具有增效作用,在15%盐酸中,复合缓蚀剂加量为0.5%时的腐蚀速率为0.37g/(m2.h)。通过极化曲线测定,可以认为该缓蚀剂是以抑制阳极过程为主的混合控制型缓蚀剂。 Quaternization Mannich inhibitor was synthesized by the reaction of formaldehyde,ketone,organic amine and benzyl chloride at 40-80 ℃ at refluxing temperature for several hours,and its corrosion property for N-80 steel in the hydrochloric acid solution with 15% mass fraction was analyzed by using the method of losing weight and its structure was confirmed by infrared spectrum.According to SY 5405—1996 standard method,the performance of the synthesized corrosion inhibitor DS-17 was evaluated by the method of evaluating static corrosion rate.When the mass fraction of inhibitor was 0.5%,the corrosion rate was 0.71 g/(m2·h) in the 15% hydrochloric acid solution.It has excellent corrosion resistance.Some compounds such as urotropine,thiocarbamide and potassium iodide showed synergistic effects when they were combined with quaternary ammonium salt of Mannich base.In 15% hydrochloric acid,when the mass fraction of the composite inhibitor was 0.5%,the corrosion rate was 0.37 g/(m2·h).As a result,this inhibitor was regarded as a mixed controlling inhibitor with restraining anode process through its polarization curve.
