关环法合成麝香酮的研究新进展

RECENT PROGRESSES IN THE SYNTHESIS OF MUSCONE

从长链二元酸、有机金属催化剂介导的缩合反应、关环复分解反应和仿生合成4个方面,综述了2000年以来由关环法合成麝香酮的研究进展,评述了各类合成路线的优缺点,并对关环法合成麝香酮的研究进行了展望。

Cyclization is one of the most important methods for the synthesis of muscone.In this paper,the progresses since 2000 in the synthesis of muscone through cyclization in the following four aspects： long-chain dicarboxylic acids,condensation reactions mediated by metal-organic catalysts,ring-closing metathesis reaction and biomimetic synthesis,have been reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of these synthesis routes are compared.Perspectives on the synthesis of muscone by cyclization are discussed.
