脐血间充质干细胞治疗脊髓损伤临床研究

Clinical studies of umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells transplantation on spinal cord injury

目的观察人脐血间充质干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤患者的近期疗效及安全性。方法选择2008年4月至2011年5月郑州大学第五附属医院收住院的脊髓损伤患者，其中在综合康复治疗基础上进行过人脐血间充质干细胞移植治疗的患者中随机挑选12例作为治疗组，仅综合康复治疗的患者中随机挑选12例作为对照组，两组在年龄、病程及损伤程度（ASIA分级）等方面均有可比性（P〉0．05），比较治疗纽治疗前后及两纽之间的神经功能及ADL变化。结果治疗组治疗后的感觉、运动及ADL与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），与对照组比较感觉的改善差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论人脐血间充质干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤有一定疗效且安全。

Objective To observe the short-term effect and safety of human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells transplantation on patients with spinal cord injury （SCI）. Methods Patients with SCI admitted in the fifth affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University between April 2008 and May 2011 were choosed. Twelve cases in the treatment group were randomly selected from those who received the stem cell therapy on the basis of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, and 12 cases in the control group were randomly selected from those who only received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. It was comparable between the two groups in age, course of disease and degree of injury （ASIA rating） （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The nerve functional and ADL alteration of treatment group before and after treatment, as well as the difference of nerve functional and ADL alteration between the treatment group and control group were compared. Results There were significant differences in the sense, motor and ADL improvement of treatment group before and after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference in sense im- provement between treatment group and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells transplantation in treatment of SCI is effective and safe.
