冠状动脉无复流的研究进展

摘要 急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）是治疗急性心肌梗死（AMI）的重要方法，但有部分患者梗死血管开通后心肌灌注不良，此种现象即为无复流。无复流可能的发生机制包括：血管内皮损伤、微栓塞、白细胞聚集、氧自由基的激活、血小板及凝血级联反应的激活等。研究提示，一些临床因素和生化指标的异常与无复流的发生密切相关，而应用血管扩张剂、抗血小板药物、血栓抽吸装置、远端保护装置、缺血预适应等可预防无复流。无复流的发生提示预后不良，进而越来越引起人们的重视。现就无复流的研究进展综述如下。
