皖西白鹅公鹅生殖器官的解剖观察

Anatomical Observation of Reproductive Organs of Male White Geese

本试验研究了皖西白鹅公鹅生殖器官的形态特征。试验应用 40只成年皖西白鹅 ,颈动脉放血致死后 ,用 10 %福尔马林溶液固定一个月左右 ,通过肉眼和放大镜观察公鹅生殖器官的形态位置和结构特征。结果表明成年皖西白鹅公鹅的生殖器官由睾丸、睾丸旁导管系统、输精管和交媾器等器官组成 ,缺少哺乳动物特有的副性腺和精索等器官。

Morphologic characteristies of the reproduective organs of male Wanxi White Geese have been studied.Forty adult male Wanxi white Geese have been used in this experiment.Samples were fixed with 10% formalim solutin.Anatomical characteristics were observed macroscopically.The results indicate that the reproduective organs of adult male Wanxi White Geese consisted of the testis,juxta testicular duct system,ductus deferens and copulatory apparatus,and lack of glandula genitales accessoriae and funiculus spermaticus of mammal.
