摘要 建立了高温气相色谱在线分析油脂酯交换反应过程中的脂肪酸甲酯的方法。使用DB-5HT高温毛细管柱,高沸点的脂肪酸甘油二酯、甘油三酯也得到有效分离,解决了其在常用的聚乙二醇类(PEG)极性毛细管柱内残留而导致柱效迅速下降的问题,同时无需对产品进行复杂的衍生化操作。 The online analysis method for determining the fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) in transesterification reaction was established by high temperature gas chromatography. Diglyceride and triglyceride with high boiling point could be separated effectively by high temperature capillary column DB -5HT, which solved the rapid drop of column efficiency caused by the residue of polyethylene glycol (PEG) in the commonly used polar capillary column. At the same time, this method didn't need complicated derivatization of the product.
