几种风吹楠属植物脂肪酸成分分析

Fatty acid composition of several plants of Horsfieldia

采用索氏提取法对滇南风吹楠、风吹楠和琴叶风吹楠3种风吹楠属植物的油脂含量进行测定,并将油脂样品进行甲酯化处理后,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其脂肪酸组成及相对含量进行分析。结果表明:3种植物的种仁含油率都在54%以上,属于高含油植物;总脂肪酸中二十碳以下的脂肪酸含量都在99%以上,是比较理想的生物柴油的原料。

Oil contents of Horsfieldia tetratepala, H. glabra and H. pandurifolia were measured by Soxhlet extraction. The compositions and content of fatty acid were analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry （ GC - MS） after esterification. The results showed that the kernel of three plants had more than 54% of oil content, which indicated that the three plants belonged to high oil plant. Total contents of fatty acids （ 〈20 carbon atoms） in the three oils were over 99%, which were an ideal raw material for biodiesel.
