青年人长期护理保险需求意愿及其影响因素分析——基于苏皖两省调查的比较研究

Analyzing the youths' intention to long-term care insurance and its influencing factors based on survey in Anhui and Jiangsu Provinces

人口老龄化必然带来长期护理服务问题的社会化。建立长期护理保险制度是解决这个社会问题的途径之一。通过对安徽、江苏两省青年人参加长期护理保险意愿调查的多元Logit回归模型分析,研究发现:地区变量不显著,而担心老年无人照料、不了解该制度、担心老年生病、担心将来经济不宽裕和教育程度5个变量达到了显著性水平。在此分析基础上提出了构建我国长期护理保险制度的一些政策建议。

The aging population will inevitably result in socialization of long-term care.Long-term care insurance system is one way to solve this social problem.Multiple Logit regression analysis of survey in Anhui and Jiangsu,which was on the youths＇ intention to long-term care insurance,showed results as follows： variable of region was not significant.While 5 variables were significant,which were worrying about being neglect,misunderstanding the system,fearing elderly illness,concerning about the future income and education background.Based on which,some policy suggestions were put forward to develop long-term care insurance system.
