摘要
目的:通过对四川省某卫生管理机构员工满意度调查分析,提出激励措施,进而提高员工绩效和组织服务效率。方法:根据管理学、组织行为学的相关理论,采用了文献查阅法、问卷调查法,同时结合"工作满意度调查量表"(JSS)为工具进行调查研究。结果:从报酬、晋升等9个纬度进行满意度现状分析,再从性别、年龄等8个影响因素做统计推断分析,得出该单位员工满意度水平亟待提高。结论:通过明确组织目标和方向,提高工作效率,实行有效激励等措施,提升员工的满意度,进而提升机构效能。
Objective: Through survey and analysis of the employee satisfaction in one health management organization in Sichuan province,to put forward incentive measures,thus to improve employee performance and organizational efficiency.Methods: According to the management science,organization behavior science,use the literature method,questionnaire method,combined with the "Job Satisfaction Survey"(JSS) as a tool for investigation and study.Results: Analyzed the satisfaction status from 9 dimensions such as salary,promotion,and so on,and then performed statistical inference analysis from 8 influence factors such as gender,age,and so on.It is concluded that the employee satisfaction level needs to be improved.Conclusion: Through clear objectives and direction,improving work efficiency,implementing effective incentive measures,to improve employee satisfaction,and then promote the organization performance.
