湘钢工农闸废水再生回用工程的设计与运行

摘要 采用机械搅拌澄清池/气水反冲洗滤池工艺处理湘钢工农闸废水,利用在机械搅拌澄清池分离区加设斜管,澄清池内、外进行污泥回流,气水反冲洗滤池采用陶粒滤料等改进工艺,出水回用于各循环及直流冷却水系统。运行结果表明,回用水水质稳定且满足各项指标要求。该工艺设计合理,占地省,建设与运行费用低,对类似废水再生回用工程具有一定的借鉴意义。 The accelerated clarifier/air-water backwashing fher process was used to treat wastewater from Gongnongzha of Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. Some measures were taken, including adding inclined tubes in separation zone of the accelerated clarifier, returning sludge in and around the clarifier, using ceramic media in air-water backwashing filter and so on. The effluent was reused for the circulating and cooling water systems. The operation results showed that the reused water quality was sta- hie and met the requirements of various indexes. The improved process has characteristics of reasonable design, small footprint, low construction and operation costs. The wastewater reuse project has reference significance for the design and operation of similar projects.
