摘要 目的:为了应对老龄化社会带来的数量日益剧增的脑卒中患者在康复训练上面临的严峻挑战,探讨基于虚拟现实的训练策略和方法对其功能康复的影响。方法:通过分析虚拟世界和物理世界的特点与联系,并结合脑卒中患者的病理性特征,提出了一种基于虚拟现实的任务导向式的多模式康复训练策略。结果:在该训练策略的基础上,开发了一套针对脑卒中患者上肢康复训练的可视化平台。结论:初步形成了一套针对脑卒中患者康复训练的策略和理论,对基于虚拟现实的康复训练系统开发有一定的指导意义。 Objective: In response to the severe challenges of rehabilitation in aging society that posed by progressively increasing number of stroke patients, to explore the influence of virtual reality based training strategies and methods on stroke patients' function rehabilitation. Method: The characteristics and connection of virtual world and physical world were analyzed. Combining with pathological features of stroke patients, a set of virtual reality based task-oriented multi-mode rehabilitation strategy was proposed. Result: Based on the training strategy, a set of visualization platform for stroke patients' upper extremity rehabili- tation was developed. Conclusion: A set of strategy and theory for stroke patients' rehabilitation training has been formulated. It can be used to develop and to guide the virtual reality based rehabilitation system.
