我国公共图书馆立法思考(下)——公共图书馆法的客体问题

Thought on Legislation for Public Libraries in China(Ⅱ):the Object Problem of the Public Library Law

基于法理学的基本思想,主要从公共图书馆法的客体之概念、表现切入,重点就公共图书馆法客体要素中的物、人、精神以及行为结果等进行阐释。旨在促进我国公共图书馆法的立法进程,提升公共图书馆对其法律客体问题的认知和判断,从而真正促进我国公共图书馆事业的可持续发展。

Based on the basic ideas of jurisprudence,this paper mainly expounds the object,human,spirit and behavioral results of the object elements of the public library law from the perspective of the concept and behave of the object of the public library law.The paper aims to promote the legislative process of the public library law in China and help public libraries cognize and judge their legal object,thereby promoting the sustainable development of public libraries in China truly.
