摘要
文章在图书馆与公共文化服务体系的关系基础上,分析图书馆联盟在公共文化服务体系中具有文化储备、共建共享及公益服务的功能,进而论述图书馆联盟在公共文化服务体系中的社会定位、服务定位、实力定位和组织定位。
Based of the relationships between the library and the public cultural service system,this paper analyzes the roles of library consortia in the public cultural service system,that is,cultural reserves,joint construction and sharing,and public service.The paper further discusses the social role,service role,strength role and organizational role of library consortia in the public cultural service system.
