摘要
开放获取是一种新型的学术交流方式,通过开放获取可以促进学术信息的交流与传播,提高信息资源的利用率。开放获取可以通过开放获取知识库、开放获取期刊和个人网站来实现。OpenDOAR是全球著名的开放获取资源库,通过对OpenDOAR的分析可以了解全球范围内开放获取资源的建设情况,对推动我国开放获取运动、加快我国开放获取资源建设具有一定的参考意义。
Open Access is a new style of academic exchange,by which,the exchange and dissemination of academic information can be promoted,and the utilization rate of information resources can be improved.Open Access can be implemented by open access knowledge repository,open access journal and individual website.OpenDOAR is the famous open access repository in the world.We can understand the construction of the worldwide open access resources by analyzing OpenDOAR,which is of certain reference significance to us in promoting the open access movement and accelerating the construction of open access resources in China.
