摘要
用MDVgB重组痘苗病毒RVV - gB、HVT冻干苗、痘苗病毒WR株经腹腔分别免疫 3组 1日龄SPF鸡 ,1 5日龄攻GA株强毒 ,且每组在攻毒前 1天 ,攻毒后 2 ,4,5天各采脾脏 1只 ,并以PHA为有丝分裂原检测其淋巴细胞转化率。结果表明 ,攻毒前RVV - gB组差异不显著 ,但从攻毒后第 2天起 ,RVV -gB组淋巴细胞转化率明显高于HVT冻干苗组 。
Three groups of one day SPF chickens were inoculated by belly with MDV gB recombinant vaccinia virus RVV gB、HVT Freeze dried vaccine and vaccinia virus WR strain respectively and challenged GA virulent strain in 15 day,then picked up one spleen from each group at following days:one day before challenge,two days,four days and five days after challenge.using PHA as mitogen to examine its lymphocyte transformation rate.The results indicate that the difference of the RVV gB group is innotable before challenge.But afrer two days of challenge,the lymphocyte transformation rate of RVV gB group is higher than that of HVT freeze dried groups,furthermore,the method of MTT is more sensitive than that of morphologytest.
