Correlation between idiopathic polymyositis and steroid hormone insensitivity

特发性多发性肌炎(idiopathic polymyositis,IPM)目前认为是可治性肌病,但部分病例对激素不敏感。本文阐述关于激素抵抗新认识,提高对激素不敏感性认识,激励寻找优化治疗方案。

Some patients with idiopathic polymyositis（IPM） tend to have a slower response to steroids,but little is known about the factors that influence the steroid hormone responsiveness in these patients.In this review,we investigated some new ideals about steroid hormone insensitivity.An insight into these interactions might lead to the identification of new targets and development of novel strategies to improve disease resolution.
