摘要
近年来,越来越多的研究者关注饮水与健康的关系,特别是各种新型饮水,如纯净水、矿泉水等。纯净水的健康影响研究尚存在不同观点,该文参考国内外关于纯净水与健康关系的文献,围绕纯净水的遗传毒性及其对心血管系统、生殖系统的影响以及与肿瘤的关系进行了综述,为进一步探讨饮水与健康的关系提供科研思路,并为科学饮水提供理论依据。
More scholars focused on the relationship between drinking water and health in recent years, especially purified water and mineral water. Health impact of purified drinking water is still controversial. This review synthesized the published domestic and overseas articles, and analyzed the impact of purified drinking water on genotoxicity, cardiovascular disease, reproductive system and tumor, to provide ideas for further research on relationship between drinking water and health, and to provide theoretical evidence for drinking water scientifically.
