黑龙江省林区国有森工企业生产效率测算——基于三阶段DEA模型 被引量:13

摘要 运用三阶段DEA的方法,对黑龙江省50个国有森工企业投入产出效率值进行测算,结果表明:(1)在环境因素及随机因素未被剔除情况下,其综合技术效率被高估,原因在于各森工企业纯技术效率、规模效率均被高估。(2)黑龙江省各森工企业的综合技术效率较低,均值为0.635,其主要原因在于纯技术效率较低。(3)黑龙江省林区各森工企业发展存在一定的差异,牡丹江林区最优,松花江林区次之,合江林区第三,伊春林区第四,大兴安岭林区最低。 Fifty input-output efficiency scores of state-owned forestry enterprises in Heilongjiang Province have been measured with three-stage DEA model.The result indicates that environmental factors and random factors have not been screened case,the forestry enterprises technical efficiency is overestimated,because theirs pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are overestimated in the first place.Secondly,the forestry enterprises in Hei longjiang Province,whose technical efficiency are lower,and its mean is 0.635,mainly due to less pure technical ef ficiency.Finally,the forestry enterprises in Heilongjiang Province exist some differences,Whose first order is Mu danjiang Forest,followed by the Songhua River Forest,third Hejing Forest,fourth Yichun forest region,and the lowest forest is Daxinganling.
