摘要
＂十二五＂期间,国家将大兴安岭地区定位为生态功能区,通过对大兴安岭国有林区接续产业发展现状和发展瓶颈的阐述,以建设生态功能区为目标,提出了大兴安岭国有林区＂生态为本,产业复合＂的接续产业发展模式,并找出促进其接续产业发展的对策。
During the 12th Five-Year period,China positiones Daxinanling as ecological function areas,continues Daxinganling state-owned forest industry development status and elaboration of the bottlenecks in the develop ment,construction of ecological function zones Daxing’anling state-owned forest＂eco-oriented,industrial com plex＂model of development,alternative industries to identify and promote alternative industries development of countermeasures.
