关节镜辅助下手术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胫骨平台骨折

Treatment of tibial plateau fracture(SchatzkerⅡ-Ⅳ) by arthroscopy

目的探讨关节镜下手术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法 2005年9月～2011年9月,运用关节镜辅助下切开复位植骨内固定手术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胫骨平台骨折29例。29例均获得随访。结果术后随访时间4～24个月,平均12.8个月。骨折均愈合,按改良HSS(Evanich)膝关节功能评分,优22例,良6例,中1例。结论关节镜辅助下切开复位植骨内固定术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胫骨平台骨折,创伤小,复位效果满意,术后膝关节功能恢复良好,可取得满意效果。

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures by arthroscopy.[Methods] 29 cases with tibial plateau fractures（SchatzkerⅡ-Ⅳ）were treated by arthroscopic fixation from September 2005 to September 2011.All were regular follow-up to analyze the clinical effects.[Results] 29 patients were followed up for 4 months to 24 months,on an average of 12.8 months.According to Evanich knee-joint score,22 cases got excellent,6 good and 1 fair.[Conclusion] Treatment of tibial plateau fractures（SchatzkerⅡ-Ⅳ） by arthroscopy is characterized by minimal invasion,exact reduction,well knee joint function and worth further clinical application.
