腹腔镜手术治疗子宫阔韧带肌瘤58例临床分析

58 cases clinical analysis of laparoscopic myomectomy on myoma in the broad uterine ligameng

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫阔韧带肌瘤的手术方法和临床价值。方法对2007年5月～2011年5月行腹腔镜下子宫阔韧带肌瘤剔除术的58例患者进行回顾性分析。结果 58例患者均成功行腹腔镜下阔韧带肌瘤剔除术,术中无1例发生输尿管损伤及术中大量出血等并发症。手术时间(75.5±35.2)min(45～125min),术中出血(42.3±37.6)mL(5～150mL),术后肛门排气时间(18.3±5.6)h(14～30h),术后最高体温(37.8±0.5)℃(37.5～38.6℃),术后平均住院天数(3.1±1.4)d(3～5d)。结论腹腔镜下子宫阔韧带肌瘤剔除术具有损伤小、恢复快等优点,是一种安全有效的术式,可供临床选用。

[Objective] To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic treatment of myoma in the broad uterine ligament.[Methods] A retrospective comparison was made on 58 patients who had received laparoscopic enucleation of myoma in the broad uterine ligament.[Results] All 58 patients were successfully completed,without intraoperative 1 cases of ureteral injury and intraoperative massive bleeding complications.The average operative time was（75.5±35.2） min（45～125 min）.The average blood loss volume was（42.3±37.6） mL（5～150 mL）.The Postoperative anal exhaust time was（18.3±5.6） h（14～30 h）.The highest postoperative body temperature was（37.8 ±0.5）℃（37.5～38.6℃）.The average postoperative hospital stay was（3.1±1.4） d（3～5 d）.[Conclusion] The laparoscopic treatment of myoma in the broad uterine ligament has all advantages of micro-traumatic operation,which is effective,safe,available for clinical use.
