肉桂药用性状与生长性状的典范相关分析

Analysis of Canonical Correlation between the Medicinal and Growth Characters of Cinnamomum cassia Presl

通过对肉桂优树各性状的调查 ,应用典范相关分析的方法 ,分析了肉桂药材性状与生长性状之间的关系 .结果表明 :胸径、树高各为第一、二典范变量生长因子中的主导因子 ,药材因子中板桂 ,桂通 ,桂碎与它们之间的关系紧密 ,说明胸径和树高是肉桂药性间接选择中的主要考虑性状 .同时构造了针对以生产药材为目的的选择指数方程 ,并对肉桂优树进行了分类 .

The relationship between the medicinal and growth characters of Cinnamomum cassia Presl is studied by means of Analysis of Canonical Correlation.The results show that:The diameter and height are respectively the first and second main factors among the canonical variables.To these factors are significantly related,of all the medicinal factors,the bark plate,bark column and bark fragment of Cinnamon.As a result,the diameter and height are the chief factors in the indirect selection for medicinal characters of Cinnamomun cassia Presl.Meanwhile,the selection index model aimed to medicinal characters is put forward,and trees of Cinnamomum cassia Presl are classified into five groups.
