Separation and identification of bacteria separated from varicella vaccine production environment and validation of disinfectant's disinfection

目的:验证目前使用的消毒剂对环境分离细菌的消毒效果,保证生产顺利进行。方法:采用沉降菌及浮游菌检测获得生产环境细菌,通过细菌鉴定仪进行鉴定;对消毒剂消毒效果进行验证。结果:环境分离细菌均为人体携带菌及自然环境菌,对75%乙醇敏感性较差,而来苏儿、新洁尔灭消毒效果较理想。结论:75%乙醇消毒效果较差,应对其进行更换。

Objective： To validate the disinfection effect of present disinfectant on bacteria separated from varicella vaccine production environment and ensure the process of production. Methods： Acquired bacteria by sediment bacteria and planktonic bacteria test. Identified the bacteria by bacteria analyzer and validated disinfectant＇s disinfection. Results： The bacteria separated from production environment were bacteria carried by human body and natural environment bacteria, which was less sensitive to 75% ethanol, while the disinfection effect of lysol and bromogeramine was perfect. Conclusion： 75% ethanol has poor disinfection effect and should be replaced.
