摘要
印刷机中常用的摆动式递纸机构 ,在高速印刷时 ,存在惯量大、不良振动大、动力特性差等问题 ,直接影响印品的套印精度 .用连杆—凸轮组成的旋转式递纸机构 ,能有效地平衡惯性力 ,同时能实现复杂的运动轨迹 .对印刷机的旋转式递纸机构进行了设计 ,采用此旋转式递纸机构印刷机 ,其最高印刷速度可达 13 0 0 0张 /h,比中速机 80 0 0张 /h的效率提高了 3 0 %以上 ,套印精度完全达到国家有关标准的要求 .
The mechanism of pendulum paper feeding is widely used in printing press.In high speed printing,this mechanism has problems of big inertia force,high vibration and bad dynamic property,which directly affects topping print precision.The author of this paper designs a swinging paper feeding mechanism fro printing press. This new mechanism composed of connecting rods and cams can effectively balance inertia force and realize complex motion locus. With the new mechanism,the printing speed reaches 13 000 sheets per hour;the efficiency of the new printing press raises 30% than that of the middle speed prining press;and the topping print precision accords with the demands of China State Standard of printing.
