摘要
应用数控技术对 CA614 0普通车床进行自动化和精密化的改装 ,改装技术主要为 :在车床上附加数控装置和执行元件 ,选择合适的机床伺服系统和计算机系统等 .结果表明 :经改造后的机床完全能实现加工外圆、锥度、螺纹、端面等的自动控制 ,提高了原机床的生产效率 ,降低了劳动强度 .采用数控技术对企业原有机床进行改造 ,即发展经济型的数控机床是当前工矿企业机床技术改造的有效途径 .
After analysing and studying the overall structure of ordinary CA6140 lathe, we use numerical control technology to re equip ordinary CA6140 lathe for automation and precision. We attach the numerical control device and execution elements to the lathe and choose an appropriate machinary servo system and computer system. The result shows that after the innovation, the machine can sufficiently execute automatic control on outside diameter, taper, screw, ends, etc..It improves the production rate of the machine and decreases the labor stress from the operator. Using numerical control technology to improve existing machinary for enterprises, i.e, developing economically typed numerical control machinary is an effective way to the engineering innovation for factories, works and mines.
