内皮素在糖尿病肾病发展机制中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的主要微血管并发症之一,是导致终末期。肾衰的常见病因。肾小球血流动力学改变、生化代谢紊乱、血液流变学异常、氧化应激、细胞及生长因子合成增加、血管活性物质改变与遗传易感性等多因素共同介导糖尿病肾病的发生及发展。近年来随着人们对糖尿病肾病的进一步研究发现,内皮素(endothelin,ET)在其发病过程中起着重要的作用,通过恶化糖代谢、减少肾脏血流量、刺激肾小球细胞增殖肥大及细胞外基质重塑、刺激肾脏组织的炎症反应、破坏足细胞等机制促进糖尿病肾病的发生发展,而其受体ETA—R阻断剂可逆转或延缓糖尿病肾病的进展。本文就ET在糖尿病肾病中的作用机制研究进展作一综述。
