生物玻璃生物学性能及其临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 生物玻璃是一类性能优良的骨替代修复材料,具有良好的骨传导、骨诱导活性及生物相容性,可在材料与骨组织界面之间形成化学键合,诱导骨修复与再生。生物玻璃复合其他材料,有助于材料性能互补,满足不同临床需要。目前生物玻璃已作为良好的骨修复替代材料应用于临床,并取得了可靠的临床效果。该文就生物玻璃材料表面反应、生物活性和生物相容性、材料复合及临床应用等研究进展作一综述。
