摘要
目的:通过结扎冠状动脉左前降支造成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察微寒性药物桑枝提取物抗心肌缺血作用。方法:将大鼠分为4组,结扎冠状动脉左前降支造成急性心肌缺血。阳性药地尔硫组给药剂量为16mg/kg,桑枝提取液剂量为8g生药/kg,连续灌胃给药7天。于冠脉结扎前、结扎即刻及给药后不同时间点监测心电图,标测ST段毫伏数。冠脉结扎3h后处死动物,取心脏行氯化硝基四氮唑蓝染色,测算心肌梗死面积,腹主动脉取血,测定血清MDA含量。结果:桑枝提取物可明显降低冠脉结扎所致大鼠心肌缺血模型心电图ST段抬高幅度,同时缩小心肌梗死面积,MDA值下降。结论:桑枝提取物对大鼠实验性心肌缺血具有一定的保护作用。
Objective:To investigate the protective effect of extraction of Ramulus Mori on experimental acute myocardial ischemia(AMI)rats.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,and the acute myocardial ischemia model was established by ligating left anterior descending branch of coronary artery(LAD).The dosage of positive medicine was 16mg/kg.The dosage of Ramulus Mori was 8g/kg,i.g,once a day,7days.ECG was monitored before and at different time points after coronary artery ligation.The myocardial ischemia area was detected by NBT stain.MDA level in the serum was detected.Results:For the Ramulus Mori group,the elevated ST segment lowered,and myocardial ischemia area of AMI rats decreased in a different degree,and MDA level in the serum decreased at the same time.Conclusion:Volatile oil of Ramulus Mori has a protective effect against acute myocardial ischemia caused by LAD ligation.
