摘要
目的:分析比较中国牛蒡属药用植物果实脂肪油的化学成分,为其进一步合理应用提供参考。方法:采用溶剂提取法提取药材中的脂肪油,甲酯化后采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对化学成分进行分析鉴定,以面积归一化法计算求得各组分的相对百分含量。结果:从牛蒡果实脂肪油中得到20个色谱峰,鉴定出10个,从毛头牛蒡果实脂肪油中得到8个色谱峰,鉴定出6个。结论:中国牛蒡属药用植物果实中含有大量脂肪油,已鉴定两者共有6个成分,亚油酸的相对含量都大于60%,具有极大的潜在开发利用价值。
Objective: To analyze and compare the chemical constituents of fatty oils extracted from fructus arctii and the fruit of Arctium tomentosum Mill.,providing references for further rational development and utilization of them.Method:The fatty oils were extracted by solvent extraction,and the chemical constituents were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) after methyl esterification,then the relative percentage content of each component was calculated by normalization of peak area.Result:10 components were identified from the fatty oils of fructus arctii,6 components were identified from the fatty oils of Arctium tomentosum Mill.,and these 6 components are existing in the fatty oils of fructus arctii.Conclusion:The fruits of Arctium lappa L.and Arctium tomentosum Mill.contain a lot of fatty oils,and it has great potential development value.
