“抗感灵”体外抗呼吸道病毒(RSV)作用研究

Inhibited effect of “KangGanLing” on virus in vitro

目的:研究中药"抗感灵"的体外抗病毒作用。方法:应用体外细胞培养及抗病毒中和实验观察"抗感灵"对常见呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的抑制作用。结果:"抗感灵"浓度分别为500.0、250.0、125.0、62.5μg/mL剂量组,病毒唑的200、100、50、25、12.5、6.25、3.125μg/mL剂量组,与病毒对照组相比,对RSV均有明显抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:"抗感灵"对常见的RSV具有较强的抑制作用。

Objective：To study the effecton virus inhibition by＂KangGanLing＂in vitro.Methods：Utilizing the culture Hepa cell and the mixed experimentto observe the inhibited effectof＂KangGanLing＂ on commonly seen virus in respiratory tract infection.Results：The concentration of ＂KangGanLing＂ was 500.0,250.0,125.0,62.5μg/mL,The concentration of Bingduzuo was 200,100,50,25,12.5,6.25,3.125μg/mL,it can Obviously inhibit RSV.Conclusion：＂KangGanLing＂ have a strong inhibited effect on commonly seen RSV virus in respiratory tract infection.
