补阳还五汤对急性脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6、MMP-9及神经功能缺损程度的影响

Effects of Buyang Huangwu Decoction on Serum Levels of Hs-CRP,IL-6 and MMP-9 and Neural Function Scoring of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对血清中IL-6、MMP-9及hs-CRP含量的影响。方法:选择2009年1月-2010年12月急性脑梗死患者76例,随机分为对照组(36例)和治疗组(40例)。对照组为常规内科治疗,治疗组在常规内科治疗基础上予补阳还五汤服用。分别在入院时、治疗后第3、7、14天应用NIHSS评分评估两组患者神经功能缺损程度,并用ELISA测定患者血清中IL-6、MMP-9含量,用散射比浊法测定患者血清中hs-CRP。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组第3、7、14天血清hs-CRP、IL-6及MMP-9含量均明显降低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比(相同时间点),治疗组在治疗后第14天的NIHSS评分有显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后第3、7天的NIHSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死疗效可靠,能降低血清hs-CRP、IL-6、MMP-9对脑细胞的致炎作用。

Objective：To study the effects of Buyang Huangwu decoction on serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and MMP-9 and neural function scoring of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods：76 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group（n=40）and control group（n=36）.Patients in the treatment group were administered with Buyang Huangwu decoction while in the control group were given conventional medicine treatment.The neural function scoring was evaluated and the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,MMP-9 were detected before treatment and 3,7,14 days after treatment.Results：Compared to the control group,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,MMP-9 in treatment group were significantly decreased on 3rd,7th,14th day after treatment（P0.01）.After treatment,on 7th and 14th day,the NIHSS scores in both groups were significantly decreased（P0.05）.However,the NIHSS scores in both groups on 3rd day were not significantly decreased.On 14th day,the NIHSS score in treatment group was significantly decreased when compared to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：Buyang Huangwu decoction is effective to treat acute cerebral infarction and could alleviate the inflammatory effects of serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and MMP-9 of brain cells.
