中西医结合预防带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效观察

Effect Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Preventing Post-Herpetic Neuralgia

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗带状疱疹急性发作及预防带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效。方法:将102例急性发作期的带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组(51例)和对照组组(51例),其中治疗组采用椎旁神经阻滞疗法配合龙胆泻肝汤口服,对照组采用单纯椎旁神经阻滞治疗。治疗后随访3个月,观察两组患者的临床疗效与PHN发生率。结果:治疗组平均止疱、脱痂、疼痛缓解时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后比较,治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月中,治疗组PHN发生率为13.73%,对照组为31.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药联合椎旁神经阻滞疗法治疗急性发作期带状疱疹患者,可缩短病程,缓解神经病理性疼痛,且有效预防PHN的发生。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of acute herpes zoster and prevention of post-herpetic neuralgia（PHN）.Methods：102 cases of acute herpes zoster patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（n=51）was treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction plus nerve block,and the control group（n=51）was treated with nerve block.A three-month follow-up was performed after the treatment to observe clinical effect of the two groups and incidence of PHN.Result：The effects of treatment group on vesicular subside,scab and pain relief were better than that of control group（P0.05）.The score of VAS in treatment group was significantly higher that in control group after treatment（P0.05）.After a three-month follow-up,the incidence of PHN in treatment group and control group was 13.73% and 31.37%,it was statistically different（P0.05）.Conclusions：Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for acute herpes zoster patients can contribute to shorten the course of diseases and relieve neuropathic pain and prevent the occurrence of PHN.
