方剂相似度探析

Similarity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula

利用现代信息方法计算方剂之间的相似程度,以中药为基本单元,从中药组成、中药组成剂量、中药功效3个层次进行方剂之间的相似程度计算,其中中药组成相似度是利用Jaccard集合相似度比较法计算,中药组成剂量的相似程度及方剂功效的相似度利用夹角余弦比较法计算。从计算方法角度探索方剂之间的相似程度。

By use of modern information technology,the similarity of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）formula is discussed in the paper.On base of TCM herb,there are three aspects of formula which are compared,including compositon,dosage and function.The similarity of prescriptions composition is evaluated by the method of Jaccard similarity model.The similarity of prescriptions dosage and function is evaluated by the method of angle cosine similarity.
