银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

Clinical Study on Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:通过对100例糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的临床研究,探讨银杏达莫针对DPN的临床治疗效果。方法:对照组患者口服甲钴胺片,研究组采用银杏达莫注射液联合甲钴胺片治疗。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后正中神经、腓总神经的SNCV和MNCV均明显升高(P<0.05),研究组治疗后SNCV和MNCV均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率明显高于对照组,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:银杏达莫注射液与甲钴胺片联合应用对于DPN的临床治疗具有更好的疗效,且对神经传导速度的改善效果更加明显。

Objective：Through clinical research on 100 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）,effects of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole in DPN were observed.Methods：The patients of control group were given oral Mecobalamin tablets,treatment group used ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with Mecobalamin tablets.Results：Total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the data by statistical comparison was significant different（P0.05）;median nerve,common peroneal nerve of SNCV and MNCV of patients of two groups after treatment increased significantly（P0.05）,SNCV and MNCV of treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those in control group（P 0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group,the data by statistical comparison showed significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection and Mecobalamin tablets for the treatment of DPN has better curative effect,and the effect on the nerve conduction velocity improvement is more obvious.
