玉米冀玉8号种子人工老化与修复 被引量:4

摘要 长期保存的种子会发生老化,活力会降低。为研究种子活力的修复,采用高温老化法处理玉米冀玉8号种子,模拟自然老化,将种子用铝箔袋密封包装置于50℃恒温箱,用CaCl2、AsA、GA3溶液对不同老化程度的种子进行修复处理,测定种子生活力、活力和幼苗生长情况。结果表明,随老化处理时间延长,种子的发芽能力、活力和幼苗生长速度不断下降;修复剂处理对不同老化程度种子的修复能力有差异,其中GA3和AsA只对中低活力(老化5、6、7 d)种子的发芽势和幼苗生长速度有一定修复作用,CaCl2对各梯度老化种子均有修复作用,并且修复效果好于GA3和AsA,主要体现在可以显著提高幼苗的生长速度。对比了不同浓度的CaCl2的修复效果,发现0.025 mg/L CaCl2溶液的修复效果较好。 Long-stored seeds are easy to age and to lower viability. To study the restoration of seed viability, we used a treatment of high temperature-aging to simulate natural aging for maize Jiyu No. 8. We put seeds enveloped with aluminum foil bag into a thermotank at 50 ℃, the seeds of different aging extent was treated with CaCl2, AsA and GA3 solution, the viability, vigor and the conditions of seedlings growth was tested. The result indicated that the seed germination capacity, viability and growth rate of seedling declining with extend of seed aging, the restoration capacity of different degree of aging is a difference under the treatment of remediator. GA3 and AsA only work when seed viability was intermediate or low (5 d, 6 d, 7 d aging), while CaC12 has restoration effect on seeds of any gradient of aging and that are better than that in GA3 and AsA. Comparing the effect of different density of CaC12, 0.025 mg/L CaCl2 bring about a striking effect.
