潍县青萝卜栽培种ACP、EST和POD同工酶比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 对7种潍县萝卜种质的酸性磷酸酯酶(ACP)、幼苗酯酶(EST)和过氧化物酶(POD)3种同工酶酶谱进行分析,利用聚类分析研究了不同地域来源的潍县青萝卜栽培种种内分化。结果表明,不同地域来源栽培种具有特有的三酶系统同工酶酶谱,说明潍县青萝卜种质存在资源多样性和遗传特性的地域性分化,综合ACP、EST和POD三酶系统具有较高的栽培种内多样性分辨率,对潍县青萝卜栽培种种质资源的保护和品质育种具有重要意义。 Isoenzymes of Acidphosphatase ( ACP), Esterase (EST) and Peroxidease ( POD ) in seven cuhivar of Raphanus sativus cv. Weixian from different region were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). Intraspecific differentiations of the seven cultivar were analyzed by clustering. The result indicated that Raphanus sativus cv. Weixian planted in different region contained three enzymes, and indicated genetic biodiversity of this cultivar had regional differentiation, and had high identifying rate relatively to ACP, EST and POD, This characteristics had important measing for germplasm protecting and variety breeding to Raphanus sativus cv. Weixian.
