摘要
土壤施硒盆栽试验设置 6个处理 ,其施硒量分别为 0 ,0 5 ,1 0 ,5 0 ,10 0 ,16 7mg/kg。叶面施硒盆栽试验亦设6个处理 ,分别用含硒 5 0和 10 0 μg/mL的Na2 SeO3 溶液 ,在 3个生长时期内喷施。结果表明 ,在土壤施硒条件下 ,烤烟各部位的含硒量均与土壤施硒量呈极显著的正相关 ,植株含硒量多少依次为根、叶、茎 ;而在叶面施硒条件下则为叶、根、茎。无论土壤施硒还是叶面施硒 ,富硒量均以叶最多 ,说明烤烟烟叶的富硒能力最强。因此 ,在低硒土壤施硒以生产富硒烟是可行而有效的 ,叶面施硒效果优于土壤施硒 ,且以中期 (2 1~ 2 3叶 )喷施效果最好。
Selenium was applied to the soils grown with tobacco at the rate of 0,0 5,1 0,5 0,10 0 and 16 7 mg/kg in the pot experiment.For the foliar spraying experiment,both 5 0 and 10 0 μg/mL(as Na 2SeO 3)were used at 3 growth stages,respectively.The results indicated that Se content in flue cured tobacco grown on the Se low soils was significantly positively correlated with the Se rate applied.The Se content increased in the order of roots,leaves,stems when the Se fertilizer was added to the soils,while it did in the order of leaves,roots,stems for the foliar application of Se,suggesting that tobacco leaves can accumulate Se.Therefore,selenium rich tobacco production is feasible by applying Se to Se low soils and foliar spraying especially at middle stage(21?23 leaf stage)is more effective than soil amendment.
