摘要
用在江苏采集的发生“颤抖病”的中华绒螯蟹 (BY0 )组织匀浆 ,经除菌处理 ,人工接种健康绒螯蟹 ,约 10d发病 ,出现典型症状 ,继而死亡。将人工复制发病的绒螯蟹 (BY1)除菌后 ,接种健康绒螯蟹 ,同样使其发病并死亡(BY2 )。电镜观察BY0、BY1、BY2的超薄切片 ,其神经组织和肝胰脏等的细胞质中发现圆形病毒颗粒 ,大小约 5 5~ 6 5nm ,具有外膜样结构。因此 ,可以认为中华绒螯蟹颤抖病的病原为病毒。
The healthy Chinese mitten handed crabs (Eriocheir sinensis)were artificially infected with the germ free tissues,which originated from the moribund crabs suffering Tremble Disease in Jiangsu region.The inoculated crabs(BY1)became ill with the similar clinical signs and died after 10 days i p..By the same way ,another healthy ones were inoculated with BY1 and re ocurred(BY2).Under electron microscope,the thin sections of nervous tissue and liver cytoplasm of the diseased crabs presented a number of spherical virions about 55?65 nm in diameter.It suggested that the Tremble Disease of Chinese mitten handed was caused by a kind of virus.
