摘要
建立了分析人力资本对经济增长影响的计量经济学模型,并根据兰州市1990—2008年的相关数据,就人力资本对于经济增长的影响进行了实证研究。结果表明,人力资本对于兰州市经济增长的拉动作用显著,并且仍具有较大的提升空间。最后,从我国人力资本相对缺乏的国情出发,提出了进一步加大人力资本投资,优化人力资本利用、配置和管理等方面的政策建议。
Based on an investigation in the role human resources play in economic growth, the paper establishes an economic formula regulating the relationship between these two, with the city of Lanzhou, in the period 1990-2008, as an empirical sample, and concluding that human resources capital is the major promoting force in the development of the economy of Lanzhou. The paper also proposes measures to be taken in China in general in order to overcome inadequacy of human resources capital.
