血友病A患者脑外伤的诊治体会 被引量：2

摘要 血友病A（hemophilia,HA）是血浆中凝血因子VⅢ（抗血友病球蛋白AHG）的活性部分VⅢ：C减少或缺失所致,合并脑外伤者病情更危重。我院1995年来共收治9例HA合并脑外伤患者,现将其诊治体会总结如下。
