原发性骨质疏松症肾阳虚证与髋臼假体周围骨密度的相关性研究

Correlation study between kidney-yang deficiency of primary osteoporosis and periprosthetic bone mineral density of acetabular

目的:探讨在补肾中药或钙剂干预下,原发性骨质疏松症肾阳虚证与髋臼假体周围骨密度的相关性。方法:将40例肾阳虚骨质疏松并行全髋关节置换的患者随机分为中药组与西药组,每组20例,中药组口服健肾补阳汤+钙尔奇D,西药组口服钙尔奇D,观察术后1周、术后3个月、术后6个月的髋臼假体周围BMD与肾阳虚证积分的相关性。结果:行全髋术后,两组患者在术后1周、术后3个月、术后6个月时的肾阳虚证积分与髋臼周围4区骨密度相关性均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在补肾中药或钙剂的干预下,术后短期内髋臼假体周围骨密度与肾阳虚积分的变化是并不对称的,肾阳虚证轻重程度与骨密度并不存在量的依赖关系,髋臼假体周围骨密度与证型无明显相关。

Objective To investigate the correlation between kidney-yang deficiency of primary osteoporosis and periprosthetic bone mineral density of acetabular following the intervention of tonifying herbs or Calcium.Method Forty patients with primary osteoporosis of kidney-yang deficiency and total hip arthroplasty（THA） were randomized into western medicine group receiving Caltrate D treatment and Chinese medicine group receiving Jianshenbuyang decoction and Caltrate D.The kidney-yang deficiency score and periprosthetic bone mineral density（BMD） of acetabular were dynamically determined at 1 week,3 months and 6 months after THA.The correlation between the above two items was analyzed.Results At 1 week,3 months and 6 months after THA,no statistical significance was found in the correlation between kidney-yang deficiency of primary osteoporosis and periprosthetic BMD of acetabular（P 0.05）.Conclusion About the intervention with tonifying herbs or Calcium,the change of kidney-yang deficiency score and periprosthetic BMD of acetabular was asymmetric shortly after THA,the does-dependent relationship between the degree of kidney-yang deficiency and BMD was not shown,the periprosthetic BMD of acetabular was not associated with syndromes.
