On the Matter of Improving the Sweetness of Citrus Fruit

摘要 阐述了与柑桔果实甜度有关的生物学原理 ,建议果农用高糖系柑桔良种接穗 ,研究最佳砧穗组合 ,嫁接育苗建园 ,提高建园质量 ;实行果园土壤管理生草制 ;采取“大枝修剪” ,改善密植园光照 ;提倡配方施用有机肥 ;推广疏花疏果 ,控制负载量 ;辅以叶面喷洒微肥复合剂 ;采前节制灌水 ;禁止未熟早采出售等综合措施 ,提高柑桔果实甜度。 The biological theories related to the sweetness of citrus fruit were elaborated. In order to improve the sweetness of citrus fruit, the application of following comprehensive measures was suggested:selecting the elite scions containing more sugars,selecting the best combinations of stock and scion and planting grafted seedlings so as to improve the quality of orchards, managing soil with the system of growing grass, adopting big branches pruning so as to improve the sunlight condition in intensively planted orchards, recommending the application of combined organic fertilizers supplemented with the spray of trace fertilizer complex, popularizing the technologies of thinning flowers and fruit to control the fruit load, limiting irrigation before harvest and forbidding the harvest of immature fruit for sale etc.
